Have an ICT PRACTICAL EXAM 2MRW..REALLY need help with JUST these 2 steps...???

Alright so I have an ICT Practical exam tomorrow and I'm sure these steps are easy but I just don't get how to do em:/ Steps 34-35 from this paper..Could you please explain me how to do these steps? http://papers.xtremepapers.com/CIE/...nication Technology (0417)/0417_s11_qp_22.pdf
(step 28 shows what table they're talking about)
I'd really appreciate any help cause I always have a problem with these tables and bar/pie charts so Please help:unsure:

Copy/paste the table to Ms. Excel. If that doesn't work, then write the contents of the table in Ms.Excel. Select the data in the Tide and Height columns to create the chart but do not select the column headings. Then, go to Insert and just select the chart you wish to. For the Chart title and the axis labels, select them from the Layout option.

Thank you so much for your help...I can tell you're pretty good at ICT MA (y) but I'm still having a lil bit of trouble :/...once you've got the data from the table into excel..then how to copy that data into the bar chart? Like you go to your word document , insert and then select a bar chart ..then what?Like how to get that data from excel into the bar chart? I'm sorry I'm really new to ICT so-__-

No it's not like that. Once you have the table in Ms.Excel and you have selected the data (means highlighted the data), you don't have to go to Ms.Word. You go to Insert in Ms.Excel and select the appropriate chart. Once you have the chart and your have put the labels (from Layout) , copy and paste that chart to Ms. Word.
