Er, I was just passing by, saw this so thought I'd teach u atrick.. if you can't open a site (coz of ur ISP) download this software:
https://www.torproject.org/projects/torbrowser.html.en
(obviously the english one)

this opens a special fire-fox browser you can use to visit anything anonymously, so this must open mediafire links.... it will give u a slow dwnld speed(so never youtube on it) but will insha'Allah open it for you.... (use this software in case of nessescity only as it's meant for ppl like journalists etc to be anonymous... )
