Well first of all don't panic, breakdown the problem into solvable chunks and then tackle them.
You have 6 subjects you can target to study 2 subjects each day for 2hr each. In that time try to look at the syllabus and complete it. use your teachers, books and youtube videos to grasp content. Make a time table and follow it. Write topics for each day you will be covering and then set aside some time to review harder topics or practice past papers.
once you are 1-2 months away from the session practice past papers every day. you can give each day to a subject and on that day print and do past paper of a session then use the mark scheme to check it. read examiner reports if available as well, they give you insights on how to respond to answers.
look here for notes as well:
and youtube always helps.. search and you will find stuff like this:

and a quick note I want to add... I feel we usually learn from feedback... so instead of your teacher or someone else checking your practice papers; better check yourself using mark schemes and learn where you make mistakes and what examiners are looking for. years ago I was in a similar situation as you are and this was one of the main things that helped me secure my grades that I wanted; along with loads of prayers.
