dats wat i ans .... if u look at da structure of a haemoglobin molecule u lll c dat dere r 4 haem groups available 4 attachment of O2 molecule... wen haemoglobin is unsaturated or partially saturated den some of dese groups are occupied by da O2 molecule while da rest r still available
in lings where da molecule is almost completely saturated all four sites r occupied by da oxygen molecule n dat s y dere r 4 ,,... like i said if its saturation was around 50% or so v could ve said dat only 2 O2 mole wr attached... i hope u get wat i am tyin 2 say cux i really am not dat good at xplnin stuff ..lol
