well from my point of view there are no specific notes required for pak.studies or islamiyat
just get 1 or 2 books of these subjects and throughly go through them understanding and making your concepts clear
and do past papers along with marking schemes/examiner reports to further enhance your understanding

the best way is to go through the book and then start loving the past papers, marking schemes, examiner reports.

doing pastpapers would really help you .
get loose sheets and solve pastpapers by writing and check your answers from the marking schemes or if easy show it to some teacher and ask him to further guide you.!

Biology needs a little more focus :)
for Biology your concepts should be very much clear that is because from the last 2 years papers of biology are coming very conceptual :)

firstly, if you wanna do it in just one year then you should be ambicious and hardworking

first of all get some good book of biology ( i can tell you one if you dont know ) , get pastpapers + marking schemes + examiner reports

go through out the book revising again and agian each concept and making your each concept very clear :)
dont move to the next chapter before your previous chapters concepts are not clarified , because most of the chapters are inter linked and need concepts from the previous chapters

do pastpapers by practising them on loose sheets :)
pastpapers + marking would guide you how to attempt a certain question and moreover would tell you that how questions come :)
there are also some concepts which are not found in book but you would found them in pastpapers + marking schemes
examiner reports would tell you common mistakes of candidates , which may help to warn you and remain concious :)

if you get TOPICAL (topic wise pastpapers ) of biology it is good :)
revise one chapter from book and do it's MCQ's and theory questions by writing on loose sheets :)

lastly, while revising from book dont leave the diagrams :)
make every diagram fixed in your mind and you should be able to properly label them

any more question please let us know :)

BEST OF LUCK :D
