Hi I want to appear as a Private Candidate for Accounts and Stats this November 2011 but I could not understand what the CIE is trying to say !! here is what they replied me !! Why do only I have to contact my center for entry details ?? many candidates who do not study in CIE Registered Centers are able to appear in the exam !!

it means to register you have to contact either your school or if you want to appear privately the British Council.

there is a form on their site that you can use to register privately
