Help required rearding registration?

Assalam-u-Alaikum
I have few questions regarding registration.
1) I appeared for Olevels GCSE Maths in June 2012. I want to reappear now. Can you please tell me the link for the form to be submitted for re-take?
2) Can I reappear in IGCSE Maths instead of GCSE?

I am extremely distressed. Please help.

Are you sure that I appeared for GCSE Maths in 2012 and now in June 2013 I can reappear as IGCSE Maths?

I am confused with the form. There is no option in the form through which CIE can know that I am reappearing for particular exam?

Yes you can. You have to resit as a fresh candidate.

Can I cut Maths from my statement of results somehow so that I can show statement of result with other subject of GCSE and one statement of results with IGCSE Maths?

Nope, not the cutting part. But you can have two different statement of results/certificate both having Maths.
