Depends on your aptitude for the subject. As far as I am concerned, I would go with Chemistry.

I'd say for CIE it's physics..... especially if ur good at maths/logical thinking.. chem is ok but you need to learn a lot.. besides it becomes a bit scary with the organic thingy... but then again it is on personal prefrence...

chemistry : easy to get marks in when you study
physics : easy to study , harder to gain marks
