I've been telling this to everyone because it quite effective way to score good:
Do past paper after every topic you revise so that the concepts remain in your head. When doing papers note down all the mistakes you make on a piece of paper.
Listen attentively to what your teachers say.
When you return home, revise all the work you did that day in school.
