4. Why Urdu Chosen as an National language
5. What were British Policy toward tribal area ? ( Just a General Question)

And Guys pls Post Questions that you think will come in May Paper 2012.Just Give ur Guess.

your first question is invalid because Urdu is not a regional language
And i think that your second question should be "Has pushto been promoted............language? " because in 14 mark question you are always given a choice.

for question 4.
- Urdu was chosen because it had been assosiated with pakistan movement since the very beginning.
- Urdu was always thought to be the language of muslims. e.g Hindi-urdu controversy.
- If any regional language would have been chosen then it would have been seen as an act of favourtism, so Urdu seemed like a right choice as it was not a regional language.
Right now i can only think of these reasons.

for question 5.
I think it was that the British could not keep control over them, so they just told these guys to live on their own rules and stuff but they will have to be a part of India. I think its like a separate entity with a name tag that you are a part of India

1st is invalid question, but second is not, in second you have to give 7 reasons about how pushto AND others have been promoted and conclude that not just pushto put others have also been promoted. Hope it helps..

There are very few chances that languages will appear as 7 or 14 mark question, but nevertheless prepare it.
A common mistake that is done in answering these questions is that e.g. for sindhi we do write that sachal sarmast academy has been established, but we do not write how the language has been promoted, read the examiner reports, all say at same, at most candidates access an L3 mark.
Now for sachal sarmast academy, we should write: The 'Sarmast' academy was established in the memory of the great Sindhi poet Sachal Sarmast. This academy not only has researched and published the work of Sachal Sarmast, but also promoted the language by encouraging potential authors and capable young poets in the language.
Now this is an L4 mark! You have identified, described and explained the promotion well!

So cyril Radcliffe appointed to Democrat the Border line of Pak and India so In result their was unjustice to Pak as District of Gurdaspur,Nadia pur and many other were given to india Cux Congress had good relations with Lord mountbatten..........
