i think about the curve y=4/2x-1 and the normal to the curve has equation 2y=x+c ,.. his askin for the values of c

Mine paper was also good, though q2, 6 and 10 were too tricky. I somehow managed to do well in q2 and 6 but couldn't deal with q10.. still let's hope for the best (Y)

actually, many got 16/3 pi.
but i have not seen the working that gets to that answer.
i get 64/3 pi
have you squared the 4 in y= 4/2x+1 ?

yeah.. that's the only way to get 64/3 pi
but if you have not squared the 4, you get 16/3pi, your answer..
