Maybe 1390. I differentiated and equated it to zero. Then put the value in the equation to get minimum value. Correct?
And then i used second derivate to prove the minimum nature

What about That sketching absolute curve? What was k? I wrote k>3.125

Are there marks for steps?
yeah those were the steps for differentiation question..area 1390
and k>3.125
any other questions? to discuss

Okay, let's review all the answers.

First question was proving identity. The answer was 2..

Then sets. The answers were 7, 5, 9...

The curve. I drew it, and reflected it in the x-axis. Points were 2,0 and -0.5,0 and 0,2
And also put the turning point as 0.75,3.125

Then K>3.125
I saw that from the graph, but also found the turning point as the working for this question.

Then combinations. 720, 240, 144, 9820?

Integration. I took intergral of the curve, with limits 0 and A. And then got two values for A, and chose the one below 1, pie/9 something?

And then differentiation. Proved the volume thing. And then 1390 and minimum..

Then, Circular measure. Proved angle. Then 48.7 perimeter, and then area was 100 something..

And then relative velocity, proved 10i + 10j using trignometric ratios? Thats what we were supposed to do?

Then, i got the position vector. Then in the next part, it was position vector after 1600 so we had to use the previous answer + speed*t
Then equated the position vectors to get 1380..

What were your answers?

I had 9820 for the last part of combination, and 144 and 240 and 720 above that.

For relative velocity, my time was 1830 and t was 2.5.

And the value of A was pie/9 in that integration question. I didn't recheck ._.
value of a was pie/9 yes, i got the same. I also got 240 and 720, but not 144. IDK. what were the values of k. do u remember? I thought we needed to use discriminant for that (b2-4ac=0)

I used discriminant, and was getting -3.125 :/
It was a weird question. But i wrote the answer as k>3.125 and also calculated the turning point, to show it as working!

Well, had two answers.
And the other previous two trignometric ones, were easy. I factorized, and equated them. Then calculated basic angle and stuff.

One of them was 270... but that was the only answer in that trignometric ratio.. right?

What about relative velocity?
30, 150, 270?

for velocity proved by using pyt theorem....K*(modulus 5i+12j)=26 so k=2 and thus veolity vector=2*(5i+12j)

did did u get the radius 25.23cm when equating dA/dr to 0?
What were the answers for A? In that integration. I got pie/9 something :/

And differentation? I got 1930 as the area, and minimum point. Had to use cosine rule in circular measure to prove theta angle. And then 48.7 perimeter, and then what about area?[/quote

i think we needed to find the discriminant. There were two values, one was yours and other i dnt remember
