How was it? No discussions please.

btw what did you vote?
I think I messed up the last two parts of Q2!
for the first question second part i wrote about serial dilution, and for the limitations i wrote that it would be hard to measure the volume of the brown area and that the brown and blue area might mix and something else, were as for the control in second question i wrote use anaerobic bacteria. what about u guys?
what was independt variabel- area of brown staiuned agar or activity?
i rote here narrow range of conc tested for activity as dey mentioned befor seeds uses 1-10 mmol^-3 conc (so in suggestion part i rote prepare conc of 1 to 10 and test by repeating the each experiment atleast thrice and take mean for more accuracy of the hypothesis)My limitations were-
- If the conc. is as high as 3 mmol dm^-3 the brown areas may overlap. (I also improved this in the next part suggesting each maize grain in an individual petri dish, and then calculate the mean area).
- The areas were not perfectly circular, so difficult to measure area.
- Something I can't remember.
The independent variable was the conc. of gibberellin.
The dependent variable was brown stained area.

2nd limitation i rote the seeds were maybe of not same mass
3rd same species of maize to be used
idk hw much ill gain here =S

They information mentioned seeds use 1-10 MICROmoles, not millimoles.
For almost 10 years, the site XtremePapers has been trying very hard to serve its users.
However, we are now struggling to cover its operational costs due to unforeseen circumstances. If we helped you in any way, kindly contribute and be the part of this effort. No act of kindness, no matter how small, is ever wasted.
