Got the same for D matebt for eqn of plane i got 3x+2y-2z=7.were u able to prove the perpendicular disatnce from OD to A? I got 1/3(11^1/2) instead of 63^1\2[/quote]

sadly i only drew the circle and the half-line and ignored this part of the question cuz i just didnt have the time . this question seems pretty simple though

You also needed to draw a circle with center i and radius 1. The line and circle meet at two points

I think that's wrong. if the line and circle intersect then the minimum distance ( mod(z-u) ) becomes 0. I too did the same thing but then calculated the distance of the point of intersection from the origin.- which is totally wrong.
I think the correct ans might be (5)^(1/2) -1. One of my pals got that. Seems legit.

I swear i felt like crying! No bragging but im a pretty high scorer! been getting A's throught! the As paper was ok; but this Paper was just BLOODY HARD! Nothing like the pastpapers! ive practiced around 15-20 papers before the exam! this was Hard! why did they have to make it so hard? leaving us depressed! i have 12 more papers left Im from Seychelles! we do variant 2. And we do all ; AS AND A2 together! but i reallly hope threshold is 45 or less for an A!

I really hpe S1 and S2 are gonna be easier cuz I'm losing hpe for the rest of my papers...

I think majority may have around 35-40...
But I think I have lower marks thn tht Literally left the paper unanswered as from no. 5
