How was the Physics Unit 4 exam?

jan 14 was easy compared to this and the boundry for A* was kind of low i hope in this it goes to 59

Because I can xD (JK). Highest GB was 65 in Jan 14 and the paper was way easier than this one. The least GB was 57, so our GB should be between 58 and 61 ...most probably 58

Apart from No. 15, it was quite a good paper.
But No. 15 itself was like 13 mks.

That is better, except for the ones marked with asterisk. In asterisk questions, examiners expect you to give a detail in paragraph, kinda like a (step-wise) story.

Not much. They will give you the marks for correct procedure. But i think you can lose the "invisible" QWC mark which they add if they like the format the answer is presented in.

Do I need to get A* in all the modules to get an A* overall? Or is it that I need a 540 UMS points in total only?

Seems much smoother than Unit 4. But then again, that's just my opinion.

You need 480 overall and 270 in A2

There is no overall A*. You can get individual A* for A level units, but the overall Grade starts from A which is 480.

hey everyone, for the tension question. i added the C.F and the weight and got 7N. i was supposed to subtract them and get 3N but i dont know what happened. anyways my calculations for the C.F and W are correct. how many marks would i lose. is here a follow through for the graph question??
