since they asked for its disadvantage in plants , i wrote they had small roots.
the question was why was it common in plants
i wrote many plants reproduce asexually by mitosis and because the parent has the disease it is passed on to the genetically identical offspring

lol i wrote full tiem bongi in that question xD The marks for it were too much, and the answer wasn't that long. I wrote that Down's Symdome is not passed by genes, because it is a chromosomal mutation. And then i explained how a child gets Down's Syndrome (How the 21st copy of the chromosome of the woman fails to separate and the zygote has 47 chromosomes instead of 46) o.o
