hey guys, hows ur stat paper 62????

i found dat it's quite easy (especially the combination and permutation question!!! hahah thx god)

but there is a question dat make no sense

i think it was number 6 part 2 it's lyk, p(x<1/3mean)=0.8375

and find suitable relationship between mean and s.d.

but if the X is less than third of mean, how come it is larger than 0.5 for probability???

so i just messed up wid dat question so i got lyk "mean=1.57s.d." somthing??

and the weird graph paper :O what is center tendency?? is it mean???

cnetral tendency means mean, mode and median

in the cumulative frequency question i compared the median,Q1, Q3 and interquartile ranges of the data from the two countries...i also commented that both of the data were negatively skewed...n country b 's data had greater spread......messed up in the last two parts of permutation..otherwise i think everything was alright...the relationship between mean and sd was something like
mean= -1.08..something..dont remember exactly:S....how was the ever Q and R question? i got so confused that i had to draw a huge table to note down all the possible scores...it was tedious:|

Mutually exclusive because no outcome in common

Independent because event R wasnt affecting in any way even Q !

i got 14 in the last part of Q7!! alot of people commited mistake of using permutation when u had clearly mentioned that u have choice of 3 from 9 cards and u need to arrange cards in straight. u had to use combination in the last 2 parts..

R did affect Q, cuz if let the outcome 8, 3. then this thing is Q, never R
