My advice is that you shouldn't really force yourself to follow a schedule. I never did that and I ended up with good results (Alhamdulilah). Now if your sleep schedule is messed up, you should try to bring it back in order but that isn't really necessary for studying in my opinion, at least for the vacations. In your case I would study sometime in the afternoon or evening, not right after waking up or late in the night where I would most likely feel tired or lazy.

How many subjects are you giving? If it's a small number (1 or 2) then don't overburden yourself; there is still a lot of time left. You just need to make sure you are studying the right way (see the tips badrobot14 linked) and understanding concepts properly.

I hope my advice helped.

The only advice that I can give you is to find any available spare time that you can use to study. Study at least an hour or two everyday if you want and leave the weekends off to enjoy yourself
