IB Leadership/Educator Courses: Online Delivery? Most affordable?

There appear to be many, and I'd like to improve my chances of getting into a decent school with a welcoming environment.

I believe Americans/Canadians are more relaxed than Brits, so I'd like to jump ship because I only have UK qualifications, including leadership certifications for UK schools. I've never had success with them, having only had interest from A Level and IGCSE schools.

Any suggestions?
