ibcc equilance

hi i wanted some help with the ibcc equilance form in it they are asking for my fathers nic but he died a year ago so what do i do now should i give them his attested death certificate or my mothers attested nic would work

Attested copy of N.I.C. or Form ‘B’ of applicant/parent or tenderer.
