It restricts the choroplasts to a layer near the outside of the cell where light can reach them most easily.
Although this is from the A2 part of the syllabus, so I'm not completely sure..

pushing chloroplasts to the edge of the cell helps more light to intercept these plastids.....thus increasing photosynthesis!

The main factor is wherever the Anopholes mosquito can be found, since it's the vector for malaria.
It's found mainly in the tropics and sub-tropics (Plasmodium needs temperatures of higher than 20C to reproduce). But the disease can spread to other parts of the world when infected people travel from one part to the other.

It's also prevalent in LEDCs (less economically developed countires), where the control methods for malaria are very poor since the country doesn't really have the money to spend on such schemes or they're too busy with civil wars and stuff (poor infrastructure).

tuberculosis as its air-borne found all over the world with most no. of case in region with high population and overcrowded conditions.....also its an oppurtunistic disease of AIDS..so found in americas as AIDS Is present there....TRANSMISSION....when an infected person coughs or snezzez he spits out aerosol/droplets..and when this moist air is inhaled by uninfected person....he gets TB...ITS THAT SIMPLE

well.....People suffering from TB are treated using antibiotics. Recently, multi-drug resistant TB (MDR-TB) has developed, making the disease more difficult to treat. Suggest how this drug resistance may have arisen ?...plz comment on quality of my anser....this is wat i mfearing m not good at

answer...

mutations always occur in population of bacteria and mutant strains are present among population of bacteria.....so if person does not completes full course of treatment, the antibiotic used acts as a selection pressure to select for resistant(mutant) strain of bacteria since mutation might have changed bacterium a bit so that antibiotic cnt destroy it....this results in other bacteria destroyed and new population of resistant bacteria emerges.........................................................is this concise enuf for this question

well they are risk factors bt don not describe how its transmitted.......well....papillary muscle contraction prevent the valves from being forced inside out .....am i correct??....or else tell me what thing prevents valves from being forced out the other way around

Main transmission method is just water and food cuz it is water and food borne disease. and i think this is enough.
