Well you will always get the credit, but really depends on which university or course your applying for?
For example ICT is a combination of Computer Studies and IT, some universities give you 2 credits for completing it's A Level papers, whereas some only give one credit!

suppose we want to do electruical engineering so wetjer it will made our Cv matter to get admission in for university like lums nust in pak

Not really, just do good in Maths, Phys, Chem and that should be enough!
But if you want to put extra sugar on your CV then yea, go for extra subjects only if you think you'll be able to score at-least a B!

can anyone tell me what does double credit mean? and which subjects are double credit?

mean its equal to studying two subjects in a lvls..and u get 240 instead of 120 points for an A grade, wen aplying for ucas..
further maths
world history (some unis give it tripple credit)
psychology
sociology (some unis)
