I wanted to get admission in O levels . I live in ISlamabad . I wanted to ask if Headstart is good school?

Its a pretty decent school but not one of the bests!
I suggest you visit it before you finalize it.

I also live in Islamabad and Headstart G-8 Branch has good teachers.
so you may seek for that branch.
