Nope igcse isn't equal to A-level math.. A-level math is kinda harder.. I dunno whether universities give credit for igcse..

It is IGCSE Additional Mathematics that has a syllabus similar to some of the components of A'levels Mathematics. IGCSE Mathematics is lower level than that of A'levels Mathematics.
