t's something sabout the refractive index(air-glass boundary, glass-water boundary, water-glass bondary and glass-air boundary) and about the circular shape of the glass I fnk. But I'm not sure! :pardon:

bigger...its because of the refraction as well as the magnification of the light rays when propagated through the water and glass
