Visual Studio is a pretty great IDE IMO, at least the 2008 and 2010 versions (they are quite similar). It's very user-friendly, has a nice interfacing for making UIs and is really simple to use when writing code.

The 2012 version looks quite different. It's a lot similar to how Windows 8 looks but it's still pretty good. :)
