yr its simple.do u remember that how we find the minimum and maximum value of trigonometric graphs??
the formulae is c-a for minimum and c+a for maximum.in this case it would be c-a for maximum .

another way is to deriviate the acceleration and equate it to 0.it will give u the values of time and u can put it in the acceleration equation
