How's everyone's preparation for Tort? I've covered Negligence, Occupier's liability, Vicarious liability Nusiance, Tresspass, R V F, defences (mainly contributort neg and Consent) but i don't know remedies at all..Good luck to you all! :)

lol dude I think guesses and prediction papers are stupid but judging from the questions that have been in papers recently I'm guessing rylands v fletcher,defences and tresspass to person might come but that's just MY guess
