That you need to study Statics and transformation and also Locus things that require compass Map ratio is when u say 1 km in real life = 1 cm on map so ratio is 1 : 10000 understood?

ratio is to be given as map:actual so 1cm on map:1km in real
1km = 100000cm just remember 1km is 1000m and 1m is 100cm so 1km will be 1000 x 100 =100000cm
so ratio is 1:100000
