The practical papers can be guessed/leaked but it's near impossible to leak out theory based papers.
We can guess the important topics which are expected to come due to practice and experience of past papers.
Then again you can make those guesses yourselves as well.
The key point is that you shouldn't rely on just guesses and cover your whole syllabus accordingly.
