i knew it for this question u find the inverse of the f(x) which will be x-3/2View attachment 41112 The d part...........
how did you get x-3/2i knew it for this question u find the inverse of the f(x) which will be x-3/2
then substitute 5 in the place of x it will be 5-3 /2 then 2/2 = 1
then substitute 1 into the normal f(x) so 2(1) + 3
2+3
=5
got it
to find the median u use the formula n+1 /2 if an odd no (n = total ) if even n/2
nopehow did you get x-3/2
isnt it 2x+3, so its inverse should be 1/2x+3 right?
right, you brilliant at mathto find the median u use the formula n+1 /2 if an odd no (n = total ) if even n/2
126/2 =63
so median is 2 iguess not sure tho tell mee which year is this ques
which year is this question
'12 Variant 21which year is this question
oct novjune or nov
Thanksright, you brilliant at math![]()
Is answer 10 ?
yeahhhhh.......how did u get that?Is answer 10 ?
If they intersect at the x-axis that means their y-intercept is equal to 0yeahhhhh.......how did u get that?
We have, y = zero in both of the equations. So,yeahhhhh.......how did u get that?
exactly what i was gonna writeWe have, y = zero in both of the equations. So,
In line y = 2x + 8; put y as zero, you get point as (-4, zero)
Same,
In line y = 2x - 12; put y as zero, you get point as (6, zero)
Now use distance formula, Whole root of (((6 - (-4))^(2) + (0-0)^(2) = root of 100 which is 10![]()
