maybe i can .. put the greatest and the lowest values of sin that is 1 and -1 ==>
5-3(1)=2
5-3(-1)=8
range===> 2<f(x)<8 (sorry about less than equal and greater than and equal though the values are INCLUSIVE.

put x as 2 and the answer u get is the upper limit of the range
and then put x as 0 so u get the lower limit of the range
so when x =2
y=5-3sin4=( dont have a calculator near by solve it plz)!i will say this ans as Z
when x=0
y=0
range is 0greater than or equal to y greater than or equal to Z!

As Sin x Remains b/w 1 and -1, So use it in the eqn...
f(x)- : 5-3(1) thats 2.. Upper limit
f(x)- : 5-3(-1) thats 8.. Lower limit

Hope so u got me!
