maths p3 nov 2010 p-33, solving 6 roots?????

this question # 10 of nov 2010 p 33 asks for solving 6 roots of "square" of an equation which already has 3 degrees, and one of the root is imaginary.

how to do that?

so if one of the factor of p(x) is (2x+1) then first factor of p(x^2) would be sqrt((2x+1)) ?
