Maths Paper 42 2013

As we all know, this paper will be very difficult due to the lack of hard questions in paper 2.
So the topics that are probably going to come are:
- Transformations
- Trigonometry, Mensuration..etc
- Matrices
- Inequalities and so on
Make sure you study those.

PS. Since it's probably going to be hard, does a total of 175/200 get an A*?

is this normal igcse mathematics or igcse international mathematics?

Nvm the topics and all, maybe just let me know the calculator models allowed for the exam ?

in paper 4, nth term and probability are the trickiest question.
most people lose marks in them.

Can you be more specific about each letter in this formula and the whole formula and I didn't really understand the "if 1 or 2 diff. same" so could you please be more specific with one or two examples from the past paper 4 :D

di) is 4 because as we mentioned in bi) that it is constant

ii)g=x+2n and i=g=2 which is x+2n+2

iii)c=x+2
therefore:(x+2)(x+2n)-(x)(x+2n+2)
=x²+2nx+2x+4n-x²-2nx-2x
=4n
