Need a little help with maths

I am having a liitle trouble with finding inequalities from a shaded region in a a graph! Exactly how do i find the inequalities from the grph? any help or tips would be appreciated!

do you shade the rejected side or the side we want for the answer. that has been bugging me for a long while now :/
there was this question in which i kept shading the regions that satisfies the inequality. like if y>2 i shaded the area in which y was > than 2 . all of them turned out to be correct except for one of them (3 inequalities given) . apparently in the [ms], 2 out of 3 the inequalities it only shaded the area that had satisfied it and the last one it had shaded the opposite area which holds false.
Help! :O
