I got A* in pakstudies so I can help you in any way you like. I can provide you with notes which I have made by myself as I combined the material from all three books(Nigel smith,Nigel Kelly and farooq nasim bajwa).
Regarding 14 Mark question it depends on the pattern of question asked for example if the question is asked that did khilafat movement achieve anything or was the khilafat movement successful so the candidate has to mention both the successes and failures of khilafat movement. Let's take a past paper question that did the negotiations aimed at independence achieved little explain your answer you have to mention both the successes and failures of negotiations in two paragraphs. The first paragraph must be about the successes and the second must be about the failures. Now if a question comes that whether you agree or disagree for example was the British invasion the main reason for the decline of the mughal empire the first paragraph will always be the reason based on the question such as in this British invasion now the second paragraph will be about you think the most important reason for example Aurangzeb polices. The third paragraph will be any other reason for example lack of naval power. The last paragraph will be based on the minor reasons for example the extravagance and luxury of the empire so in this way you can cover maximum reasons to gain the top marks. I hope that I helped you. Please let me know if you need any other help or notes I will be happy to provide you.:)
