well I have done with my o level and dont know about the new pattern but yes must must must ratafai the positions of ranges, cities, deserts, and oceans plus countries on maps in your geography book on the other hand buy a topical past paper book for yourself as it helps alot and your will completely get knowledge about what kind of questions you might face sometimes even a complete question also gets repeated for any help I am always there remember in prayers and yes download syllabus from the internet or get it from your school because they are responsible to provide you with the syllabus as far as my syllabus is concerned it was provided me by my school
