Sure.....

You simply use a straight barrier, placed at an angle in the water contained in da tank, facing the incident waves, to demonstrate reflection.

Whereas for illustrating refraction you use a glass block and place it at an angle within the tray, to create a shallow region.
This, ofcourse causes the speed of the plane waves to decrease and they refract towards the normal to the glass tray. Remember its placed at an angle!

WHATS BIG DEAL IN IT ...??? TO SHOW REFLECTION A FLAT BARRIER IS PLACED AT THE CORNER OF THE TANK AND THE VIBRATOR IS TURNED ON ..AS THE WAVE HIT THE BARRIER IT MOVES IN ANOTHER DIRECTION WITHOUT CHANGING FREQUENCY, WAVELENGHT AND SPEED ,,

AND FOR CREATING REFRACTION , A PIECE OF GLASS PLATE IS PLACED ON SURFACE OF TANK SO THAT THERE IS IN CHANGE OF DEPTH NOW THE VIBRATOR IS TURNED ON AND AS THE WAVE ENTER SHALLOW REGION ITS WAVELENGTH DECREASES AND SPEED INCREASES WHILE FREQUENCY REMAINS THE SAME !!

HOPE YOU GOT IT !!!
