some helpful rules i wrote some time ago:

P(Z < z) = Φ(z)
P(Z > a) = 1 – Φ(a)
Negative values of z
P(Z < –a) = 1 – Φ(a)
P(Z > –a) = Φ(a)
P(Z < –a) = P(Z > a)
P(Z > –a) = P(Z < a)
Important rules
P(a < Z < b)= Φ(b) – Φ(a)
P( –a < Z <b)= Φ(b) + Φ(a) – 1
P(–b <Z <–a)= Φ(b) – Φ(a)
P(|Z| <a)=2 Φ(a) – 1
P(|Z| > a)= 2(1- Φ(a)) and P(|Z| > a)= 1 – P(|Z| <a)
