Okay I think this will help.
so we have been given the value if length i.e 5.0+-0.1 and the different values of t are given.
So, for eg let's take the first value.
i.e t=0.046+-0.002.
you can find v^2 by dividing length(convert it into meter) upon time. upon squaring you get V^2 1.18
so the formula to calculate uncertainity in V^2 is:
dell V/V = dell D/D + dell T/T. so using this formula in the first example we get,
dell V/1.18 = 0.1/5 + 0.002/0.046
Now you get the uncertainity in V. To calculate the uncertainity in V^2 multiply the answer( i.e dell V ) by 2. you now get the uncertainity in V^2. To calculate uncertainity in V^3 use the same formula just multiply the last ans i.e dell V by 3. This is same to all, just multiply the power to the answer.
