ok here you go tips and tricks seeing the As have time on there hands . its better if you read them :)

physics
1) now there are basically 40 MCQs . though there is no strict pattern but 1-9 are mark gainers from general physics followed by tough/conceptual questions from 19-30 sprinkled with those that have the simple statement of facts then comes the easiest of them all the last ten which are also mark gainers.
2) now this point you need to know learn understand that in each paper there will not be questions that you will be able to correctly identify the answer too. you are not perfect or a wiz that in physics there is no tough or long working question( M1 helps for this) ,
3) now to attempt the paper in the first go just attempt those you know the answer too. only answer those whose answer you are sure only those you shouldn't even spend more than one minute in this part. you will find that by the end in the first attempt you have solve like 20-25 questions in like 20 minutes which means you have like 2 minutes per question. now attempt those which you feel that its answer you know of , but you aren't sure between two options think about it, you will surely get it cause now you dont have tension of like i have 20 or 15 more question to do . do them and in the end leave time like 5-8 minutes. mark the option you feel like is the correct answer and then spend the rest of the time on those questions and rechecking
4) donot leave the marking of the MCQ sheet for later

ok here comes the chemistry ones (though for this i am not really sure cause i liked chem and i usually was able to do the paper with this method in avg of 40 minutes)
1) same as physics chem has questions of varying levels of difficulty . unlike physics they are not ranked according to difficulty like the hardest in the end and easier towards the start (though most of the top 13 are easy)
2) start is usually the physical chemistry , the basic the melting boiling point the ionisation energy the enthalpy cahnges definations etc) then comes rate of reaction electro chem and inorganic followed by organic chemistry mixed with periodicity for section B
3) for chem you need to give a minute to each question cause usually the answer is usually either in plain site given in the question or the examiner is trying to trick you by manipulating his wording.
4) BEWARE: THE EXAMINERS FAVORITE TRICK IS TO MANIPULATE HIS WORDINGS IN SOME WAY . PLEASE READ THE QUESTION THOROUGHLY
5) for section B read the options carefully and see the options given above like both A and C are correct. some times if you even have no clue about the two statements but know even one of them is surely wrong you can deduce the answer.
