It still works,just imagine a difficult paper comes and the average goes down so to be fair Percentile should be there and our teachers told us too bout that
there is not huge difference in the grade threshold at its best goes like max 2% down(IF like A is at 88% it will go to 86%)

In A levels mathematics paper M1 of 2012, the exam was so difficult that A was awarded at 31/50

no it can fall much below that and very easily

For english it has not fallen for the last 10 years :O
there are many champs out there not like us,just because of those people the average balances and it goes the same
