You ask your teacher because I'm sure we are wrong.. acc wasn't constant..

ok I agree that wasnt constant but you cannot use w=fx because that only can be applied when force is constant you ask your teacher and I challenge all who used w=fx that they are wrong and I can prove that w wasnt constant because ke was changing yar come on yar

it was constant. Force was increasing uniformly and plus we were supposed to subtract frictional force and then use w= fxd

i didn't mention anything about w=fx the only way to correctly do the question is to take the area under the graph which is energy and the total energy possessed by the truck is 1.3 j 1.3=1/2 * 14* pq

There's got to be a way, If you say this is wrong, than what do you propose is the correct solution for the question? :O

a=f/m gives you the deceleration and then 2as=v2-u2 where initial velocity was 2.4 mentioned in the question itself and final velocity 0ms as the trolly at q becomes at rest

What will be f equal to in that case? F was constantly changing? I wonder if you have an answer for that too.

then at that case you will have to subtract frictional opposing force which wasnt possible my was 0.089m which everyone almost got at my centre
