q1 electricity
resistors battery voltmeter
q2
stand stopwatch rubber band weight similar to 2012 p34 may/june
limitations
1.two readings not enough to draw conclusion
2.difficult to judge end of oscillation
3.mass tends to rotate as well as oscillate
4.period effected when rubber band extends
improvements
1.take more reading and plot a graph.
2.use video playback camera to judge end of oscillations
3.use thinner band for precision in period
4.use vernier calipers for measuring diameter more precisely

Guys, if somebody can tell me
1.what is the sensible comment for explaining whether my results support the suggested relationship....
2. And what to do if earlier uncertainity is very less.

If the difference between your two values of k is less than or closer to 10% then the suggested relationship appears to be correct ..

if your values for the k or something is under15% your relationship is supported anything more than that the results aren't supported.
what do you mean by very less ?
