At maximum height, all of the kinetic energy is converted to potential energy.......this is also the law of conservation of energy.
So u can also check with that....if ur maximum kinetic energy equals ur maximum potential energy then your answer would be correct.
But for me the maximum height was 1.77 and the KE and PE both were 11.3
@ PhotoHuman, At max height V(horizontal) was still present.. so i figured that max Ep(11) would be less than max Ek(15)?

what was the vertical component of velocity and in electricity why did current not increase 4 times as resistance decreased

How was the max height 1.80m? Values kya daleen?
The graph represented VERTICAL COMPONENT of velocity, initial was 6. Unknown h was the maximum height possible, where vertical component turns to zero. Using the equation, v2- u2 = 2aS, we get (6)^2= 2 x 9.81. x H, and that turns out to be 1.83.

Sorry, but it was mentioned it is the vertical component of velocity. H was 1.8, this is for sure.

Do you not check the grade thresholds?
They are lower for oct/nov...this paper was covered with calculations and my teacher says that the GT will not be high as it was filled with calculations

never said anything about vertical velocity, it said that it was projected with V 6ms

well it was a projectile motion so the horizontal velocity was there even if vertical velocity was zero.. so all the k.e was not converted to p.e as there was still some k.e due to horizontal velocity..
