What's the best possible way to do preparation for Physics ATP? Any suitable good way to prepare for that part? Or is it just by going through the Investigations of the Physics book?

Well, Going through the red-spot physics alternative to practical especially the first 10 pages can be pretty helpful. Those do well in ATP which have a tight grip on concepts. So clear any misconceptions and do a lot of practice (past-papers of past 5 years will be enough) because ATP can be tricky sometimes. Investigations in Physics book also do help alot.
All the best luck for you.
