Hey so those who gave the feb 2016 9701 physics paper
how was it? :)
Also do you remember the questions that came up and their sub-parts?
I know there were 13 questions :p
So i remember these:

1. Gravitational - moon orbits
- state newton's law of gravitation
- prove v = root*GM/r
- ratio Va/Vb
- ratio Ta/Tb
- time period

2. Ideal gases
- define internal energy
- why potential energy of ideal gas is zero
- find the number of molecules
- show how we get 3/2 kT

3. Specific heat capacity – heater
- define specific heat capacity
- why 2 readings are taken
- calculate value of specific heat capacity
- calculate resistance of heater

4. Magnetic and electric fields
- find direction of electric field for the proton
- q/m ratio
- find mass in u
- number of protons and neutrons

5. Oscillation
- find amplitude and time period from graph
- calculate k.e.

6. Magnetic fields
- change in flux linkage till 3cm
- speed of coil
- coil and flux linkage and emf graph

7. Capacitance
- define capacitance
- prove 1/c = 1/c1 + 1/c2 + 1/c3
- calculate total capacitance
- charge on capacitor
- pd across capacitor
- switch is changed so calculate pd

8. Op-amps
- complete diagram
- calculate resistance of second drawn resistor
- advantage of gain in negative feedback
- diagram of Vout

9. Photoelectric effect
- define photoelectric effect
- effect of decreasing wavelength with same intensity on photoelectric current
- E and 1/lamda graph

10. Communication
- define digital signal
- 1100 in digital form when LSB is 2.5mV
- how to improve regenerated signal

11. Ultrasound
- ratio of I1/I2
- ratio of I3/I2
- what happens to I3/I2 ratio if the difference in acoustic impedance is increased

12. X-rays
- what is hardness
- how to reduce hardness
- advantage and disadvantage of CT scan over X-rays

13. Nuclear - radioactivity
- show that decay constantly is equal to somthing
- calculate mass of radioactive isotope
- time for activity to reach the value

So if you could please help me fill up the questions that came up :p I just like to try and predict what I had solved etc... so yeah :p
Also if I have missed out any sub-parts in the question then lemme know as well :)
