Physics: Finding are under the graph! need help plz

Assalamoalaikum!!

I want to know how to find the area under the loop...in cases when we need the area under the graph and it's a loop!

there are such questions in the past papers...a similar one is Q:3 of June:2010 Paper: 2 3rd variant

Can sumbody plz help me with this!!

urgent! plz help....i did the question counting the blocks but it takes a lot of time to do that way.. ...any simpler method?????

it also came in nov 10
what i do is cut the curve into a large triangle and then coun the rest of the blocks.
i always get it within the given range.
it only takes about 5 mins
u can always leave it till the end
