suppose u get an answer say 1.3666666666A for part (i) and give the answer to 3sf 1.37A. u need this answer to calculate another quantity say voltage for part (ii). which value should u use to calculate the latter 1.37A or 1.36666666666A?

Only the answers should be rounded to 3sf, the original value has to be used for further calculations (if any)

even if the question says "use your answer from part (i) to calculate......."?


Original values must be used at all times, although values low as 3.6666666 to 3.67 won't affect your answers in any other part. Simply because if you get 3.6666 or 3.67 and if you use any of the both values in another part of a question, your answer will still be accurate when you round it off to 3sf. But to be sure, always use the original value because there are marks for accuracy.
