Eillow ,
topic on : Heat,specific heat capacity,heat capacity.(Part 1)
Heat(symbol capital C)
Heat is a form of energy, the SI unit of heat is J(joules).
Note on internal energy: The internal energy of a body is the total kinetic energy and potential energy of its molecules.when a body is heated its internal energy increases and hence, its temperature rises.

Specific Heat capacity(symbol c)
The specific Heat capacity of a body is the amount of heat energy required to increase the temperature of one kilogram of it by one kelvin.SI unit of (c) is joules per kilogram per kelvin(J/kg/K).
Note: c of water is 4200J/kg/K & for mercury 140 J/kg/K.
Water is use as a coolant because of its high c. :)

Heat Capacity (C)
The heat capacity of a body is the amount of heat requires to increase the temperature of a whole mass of it by one kelvin.SI unit joule per kilogram (J/K).
Heat capacity=mass*c (C=mc)
